 Akhirnya, setelah melalui proses yang panjang. Bendera Palestina (Palestine) berkibar di UNESCO.

Bendera Palestina telah dibangkitkan untuk kali pertama di atas markas Unesco di Paris, menandai kemenangan diplomatik meskipun perlawanan keras bagi AS dan Israel.

Hari ini, Presiden Palestina Mahmoud Abbas mengatakan: "Masukknya kami (di UNESCO) adalah kebanggaan besar bagi kita.para penulis, seniman, dan peneliti telah memainkan peran penting dalam melestarikan budaya kita. Para anggota UNESCO juga memainkan penting dan telah menjadi mitra setia kita." 

Menyambut Palestina. Direktur Jenderal UNESCO mengatakan: "UNESCO bekerja di garis depan hari ini, untuk membangun dunia yang lebih damai lebih demokratis dan lebih adil martabat manusia adalah titik awal kita dan ukuran kesuksesan kami Solidaritas panduan kami.. dan tujuan kami.

Multilateralisme belum pernah begitu penting. Keanggotaan baru ini harus menjadi kesempatan bagi semua untuk bergabung bersama-sama sekitar nilai-nilai bersama dan ambisi baru untuk perdamaian. Dalam semangat inilah saya menyambut Palestina kepada UNESCO. "

UNESCO menjadi badan PBB pertama mengakui Palestina sebagai Anggota penuh setelah negara-negara anggota memilih untuk mengakui Palestina sebagai Anggota 195 dari UNESCO pada tanggal 31 Oktober, selama sesi ke-36 Konferensi Umum Organisasi.

Four dead after Lewis-McChord helicopters crash

Four Army aviators were killed when two helicopters crashed in the aviation training area southwest of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, said base spokesman Lt. Col. Gary Dangerfield.
The circumstances of the crash are still unclear, but Dangerfield said it was sometime after 8 p.m. and involved two OH-58 Kiowa choppers and occurred about two miles south of Spurgeon Creek Road Southeast and Rainier Road Southeast.
The names of the soldiers involved were not immediately released. Initial reports said two soldiers also were injured, but that wasn’t the case. Base spokesman J.C. Mathews said each helicopter seated two.
Police and Army officials are blocking access to the crash area.

A NATO statement said the North Atlantic Council, the military alliance's governing body, decided Monday to end the training mission because "agreement on the extension of this successful program did not prove possible despite robust negotiations conducted over several weeks."

NATO has about 130 advisers from 13 member nations and Ukraine in Iraq.

JALAN MAKRIFAT dalam Al-Hikam

Dalam perjalanan mencari makrifat seseorang tidak terlepas dari kemungkinan ragu-ragu, lemah semangat dan berputus asa jika dia masih bersandar kepada sesuatu selain Allah s.w.t. Hamba tidak ada pilihan kecuali berserah kepada Allah s.w.t, hanya Dia yang memiliki kuasa Mutlak dalam menentukan siapakah antara hamba-hamba-Nya yang layak mengenali Diri-Nya. Ilmu dan amal hanya digunakan untuk membentuk hati yang berserah diri kepada Allah s.w.t. Aslim atau menyerah diri kepada Allah s.w.t adalah perhentian di hadapan pintu gerbang makrifat. Hanya para hamba yang sampai di perhentian aslim ini yang berkemungkinan menerima kurniaan makrifat.

Jalan menuju maqom aslim yaitu ke pintu gerbang makrifat secara umum terbagi menjadi dua. Jalan pertama dinamakan jalan orang yang mencari dan jalan kedua dinamakan jalan orang yang dicari. Orang yang mencari akan melalui jalan di mana dia kuat melakukan mujahadah, berjuang melawan godaan hawa nafsu, kuat melakukan amal ibadat dan gemar menuntut ilmu. Dhahirnya sibuk melaksanakan tuntutan syariat dan batinnya memperteguhkan iman. Dipelajarinya tarekat tasauf, mengenal sifat-sifat yang tercela dan berusaha mengikiskannya daripada dirinya (tahalli). Kemudian diisikan dengan sifat-sifat yang terpuji (tajalli). Dipelajarinya perjalanan nafsu dan melatihkan dirinya agar nafsunya menjadi bertambah suci hingga meningkat ke tahap yang diridhai Allah s.w.t. 

Orang yang bermujahadah pada jalan Allah s.w.t dengan cara menuntut ilmu, mengamalkan ilmu yang dituntut, memperbanyakkan ibadat, berzikir, menyucikan hati, maka Allah s.w.t menunjukkan jalan dengan memberikan taufik dan hidayat sehingga terbuka kepadanya suasana berserah diri kepada Allah s.w.t tanpa ragu-ragu dan ridha dengan kehendak Allah s.w.t. Dia dibawa sampai pintu gerbang makrifat dan hanya Allah s.w.t saja yang menentukan apakah orang tadi akan dibawa ke Hadirat-Nya ataupun tidak, dikurniakan makrifat ataupun tidak.

 

Golongan orang yang dicari menempuh jalan yang berbeda dari golongan yang mencari. Orang yang dicari tidak cenderung untuk menuntut ilmu atau beramal dengan tekun. Dia hidup selaku orang awam tanpa kesungguhan bermujahadah. Tetapi, Allah s.w.t telah menentukan satu kedudukan kerohanian kepadanya, maka takdir akan mengheretnya sampai ke kedudukan yang telah ditentukan itu. Orang dalam golongan ini biasanya berhadapan dengan sesuatu peristiwa yang dengan serta-merta membawa perubahan kepada hidupnya. Perubahan sikap dan kelakuan berlaku secara mendadak. Kejadian yang menimpanya selalunya berbentuk ujian yang memutuskan hubungannya dengan sesuatu yang menjadi penghalang di antaranya dengan Allah s.w.t. 

Abu Hurairah r.a menceritakan yang beliau r.a mendengar Rasulullah s.a.w bersabda yang artinya:

Allah berfirman: “ Apabila Aku menguji hamba-Ku yang beriman kemudian dia tidak mengeluh kepada pengunjung-pengunjungnya maka Aku lepaskan dia dari belenggu-Ku dan Aku gantikan baginya daging dan darah yang lebih baik dari yang dahulu dan dia boleh memperbaharui amalnya sebab yang lalu telah diampuni semua”.


Amal kebaikan dan ilmunya tidak mampu membawanya kepada kedudukan kerohanian yang telah ditentukan Allah s.w.t, lalu Allah s.w.t dengan rahmat-Nya mengenakan ujian bala bencana yang menariknya dengan cepat kepada kedudukan berhampiran dengan Allah s.w.t. Oleh yang demikian tidak perlu dipersoalkan tentang amalan dan ilmu sekiranya keadaan yang demikian terjadi kepada seseorang hamba-Nya.

An Introduction To Sc Ins Law

As of today, SC ins law requires that when a drivers license is first issued, or renewed, the individual that it is granted to must certify in their application form (DL 447) that they hold an adequate automobile liability policy. Menurut asalnya katanya, psikologi berasal dari bahasa Yunani Kuno: "ψυχή" (Psychē yang berarti jiwa) dan "-λογία" (-logia yang artinya ilmu) sehingga secara etimologis, psikologi dapat diartikan dengan ilmu yang mempelajari tentang jiwa.

Sebagai bagian dari ilmu pengetahuan, psikologi melalui sebuah perjalanan panjang. Bahkan sebelum Wundt mendeklarasikan laboratoriumnya tahun 1879, yang dipandang sebagai kelahiran psikologi sebagai ilmu. pandangan tentang manusia dapat ditelusuri jauh ke masa Yunani kuno.Psikologi sendiri sebenarnya telah dikenal sejak jaman Aristoteles sebagai ilmu jiwa, yaitu ilmu untuk kekuatan hidup ( levens beginsel). Aristoteles memandang ilmu jiwa sebagai ilmu yang mempelajari gejala - gejala kehidupan. Jiwa adalah unsur kehidupan (Anima), karena itu tiap - tiap makhluk hidup mempunyai jiwa.^[2] Dapat dikatakan bahwa sejarah psikologi sejalan dengan perkembangan intelektual di Eropa, dan mendapatkan bentuk pragmatisnya di benua Amerika. ^[3]

Metode Psikologi

Beberapa metodologi dalam psikologi, di antaranya sebagai berikut :

1. Metodologi Eksperimental

Cara ini dilakukan biasanya di dalam laboratorium dengan mengadakan berbagai eksperimen.^[4] Peneliti mempunyai kontrol sepenuhnya terhadap jalannya suatu eksperimen. Yaitu menentukan akan melakukan apa pada sesuatu yang akan ditelitinya, kapan akan melakukan penelitian, seberapa sering melakukan penelitiannya, dan sebagainya. Pada metode eksperimental, maka sifat subjektivitas dari metode introspeksi akan dapat diatasi. Pada metode instrospeksi murni hanya diri peneliti yang menjadi objek. Tetapi pada instrospeksi eksperimental jumlah subjek banyak, yaitu orang - orang yang dieksperimentasi itu. Dengan luasnya atau banyaknya subjek penelitian maka hasil yang didapatkan akan lebih objektif^[2]

2. Observasi Ilmiah

Pada pengamatan ilmiah, suatu hal pada situasi-situasi yang ditimbulkan tidak dengan sengaja. Melainkan dengan proses ilmiah dan secara spontan. Observasi alamiah ini dapat diterapkan pula pada tingkah laku yang lain, misalnya saja : tingkah laku orang-orang yang berada di toko serba ada, tingkah laku pengendara kendaraan bermotor dijalan raya, tingkah laku anak yang sedang bermain, perilaku orang dalam bencana alam, dan sebagainya.

3. Sejarah Kehidupan (metode biografi)

Sejarah kehidupan seseorang dapat merupakan sumber data yang penting untuk lebih mengetahui “jiwa” orang yang bersangkutan, misalnya dari cerita ibunya, seorang anak yang tidak naik kelas mungkin diketahui bahwa dia bukannya kurang pandai tetapi minatnya sejak kecil memang dibidang musik sehingga dia tidak cukup serius untuk mengikuti pendidikan di sekolahnya.^[4] Dalam metode ini orang menguraikan tentang keadaaa, sikap - sikap ataupun sifat lain mengenai orang yang bersangkutan ^[2]. Pada metode ini disamping mempunyai keuntungan juga mempunyai kelemahan, yaitu tidak jarang metode ini bersifat subjektif ^[2].

4. Wawancara

Wawancara merupakan tanya jawab si pemeriksa dan orang yang diperiksa. Agar orang diperiksa itu dapat menemukan isi hatinya itu sendiri, pandangan-pandangannya, pendapatnya dan lain-lain sedemikian rupa sehingga orang yang mewawancarai dapat menggali semua informasi yang dibutuhkan.Baik angket atau interview keduanya mempunyai persamaan, tetapi berbeda dalam cara penyajiannya. Keuntungan interview dibandingkan dengan angket ^[2] yaitu:

1. Pada interview apabila terdapat hal yang kurang jelas maka dapat diperjelas
2. interviwer(penanya) dapat menyesuaikan dengan suasana hati interviwee ( responden yang ditanyai)
3. Terdapat interaksi langsung berupa face to facesehingga diharapkan dapat membina hubungan yang baik saat proses interview dilakukan.
4. Angket

Angket merupakan wawancara dalam bentuk tertulis. Semua pertanyaan telah di susun secara tertulis pada lembar-lembar pertanyaan itu, dan orang yang diwawancarai tinggal membaca pertanyaan yang diajukan, lalu menjawabnya secara tertulis pula. Jawaban-jawabannya akan dianalisis untuk mengetahui hal-hal yang diselidiki.

6. Pemeriksaan Psikologi

Dalam bahasa populernya pemeriksaan psikologi disebut juga dengan psikotes Metode ini menggunakan alat-alat psikodiagnostik tertentu yang hanya dapat digunakan oleh para ahli yang benar-benar sudah terlatih. alat-alat itu dapat dipergunakan unntuk mengukur dan untuk mengetahui taraf kecerdasan seseorang, arah minat seseorang, sikap seseorang, struktur kepribadian seeorang, dan lain-lain dari orang yang diperiksa itu.^[4]

7. Metode Analisis Karya

Dilakukan dengan cara menganalisis hasil karya seperti gambar - gambar, buku harian atau karangan yang telah dibuat. Hal ini karena karya dapat dianggap sebagai pencetus dari keadaan jiwa seseorang ^[2].

8. Metode Statistik

Umumnya digunakan dengan cara mengumpulkan data atau materi dalam penelitian lalu mengadakan penganalisaan terhadap hasil; yang telah didapat ^[2].

Metode Psikologi Perkembangan

Pada Metode Psikologi Perkembangan memiliki 2 metode, yaitu metode umum dan metode khusus. pada metode umum ini pendekatan yang dipakai dengan pendekatan longitudinal, transversal, dan lintas budaya. Dari pendekatan ini terlihat adanya data yang diperoleh secara keseluruhan perkembangan atau hanya beberapa aspek saja dan bisa juga melihat dengan berbagai faktor dari bawaan dan lingkungan khususnya kebudayaan. ^[5] Sedangkan pada metode khusus merupakan suatu metode yang akan diselidiki dengan suatu proses alat atau perhitungan yang cermat dan pasti. Dalam pendekatan ini dapat digunakan dengan pendekatan eksperimen dan pengamatan. ^[5]

Psikologi kontemporer

Diawali pada abad ke 19, dimana saat itu berkembang 2 teori dalam menjelaskan tingkah laku, yaitu:

Psikologi Fakultas 

Psikologi fakultas adalah doktrin abad 19 tentang adanya kekuatan mental bawaan, menurut teori ini, kemampuan psikologi terkotak-kotak dalam beberapa ‘fakultas’ yang meliputi berpikir, merasa, dan berkeinginan. Fakultas ini terbagi lagi menjadi beberapa subfakultas. Kita mengingat melalui subfakultas memori, pembayangan melalui subfakultas imaginer, dan sebagainya.

Psikologi Asosiasi 

Bagian dari psikologi kontemporer abad 19 yang mempercayai bahwa proses psikologi pada dasarnya adalah asosiasi ide yaitu bahwa ide masuk melalui alat indera dan diasosiasikan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip tertentu seperti kemiripan, kontras, dan kedekatan.

Psikologi sebagai ilmu pengetahuan

Walaupun sejak dulu telah ada pemikiran tentang ilmu yang mempelajari manusia dalam kurun waktu bersamaan dengan adanya pemikiran tentang ilmu yang mempelajari alam, akan tetapi karena kerumitan dan kedinamisan manusia untuk dipahami, maka psikologi baru tercipta sebagai ilmu sejak akhir 1800-an yaitu sewaktu Wilhem Wundt mendirikan laboratorium psikologi pertama didunia.

Laboratorium Wundt

Pada tahun 1879 Wilhem Wundt mendirikan laboratorium Psikologi pertama di University of Leipzig, Jerman. Ditandai oleh berdirinya laboratorium ini, maka metode ilmiah untuk lebih mamahami manusia telah ditemukan walau tidak terlalu memadai. dengan berdirinya laboratorium ini pula, lengkaplah syarat psikologi untuk menjadi ilmu pengetahuan, sehingga tahun berdirinya laboratorium Wundt diakui pula sebagai tanggal berdirinya psikologi sebagai ilmu pengetahuan.

Berdirinya Aliran Psikoanalisa

Semenjak tahun 1890an sampai kematiannya di 1939, dokter berkebangsaan Austria bernama Sigmund Freud mengembangkan metode psikoterapi yang dikenal dengan nama psikoanalisis. Pemahaman Freud tentang pikiran didasarkan pada metode penafsiran, introspeksi, dan pengamatan klinis, serta terfokus pada menyelesaikan konflik alam bawah sadar, ketegangan mental, dan gangguan psikis lainnya.

Fungsi psikologi sebagai ilmu

Psikologi memiliki tiga fungsi sebagai ilmu yaitu:

• Menjelaskan, yaitu mampu menjelaskan apa, bagaimana, dan mengapa tingkah laku itu terjadi. Hasilnya penjelasan berupa deskripsi atau bahasan yang bersifat deskriptif

• Memprediksikan, Yaitu mampu meramalkan atau memprediksikan apa, bagaimana, dan mengapa tingkah laku itu terjadi. Hasil prediksi berupa prognosa, prediksi atau estimasi

• Pengendalian, Yaitu mengendalikan tingkah laku sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Perwujudannya berupa tindakan yang sifatnya preventif atau pencegahan, intervensi atau treatment serta rehabilitasi atau perawatan.

Pendekatan perilaku

Pendekatan perilaku, pada dasarnya tingkah laku adalah respon atas stimulus yang datang. Secara sederhana dapat digambarkan dalam model S - R atau suatu kaitan Stimulus - Respon. Ini

Pendekatan kognitif

Pendekatan kognitif menekankan bahwa tingkah laku adalah proses mental, dimana individu (organisme) aktif dalam menangkap, menilai, membandingkan, dan menanggapi stimulus sebelum melakukan reaksi. Individu menerima stimulus lalu melakukan proses mental sebelum memberikan reaksi atas stimulus yang datang.

Pendekatan psikoanalisa

Keinginan atau dorongan yang ditekan akan tetap hidup dalam alam bawah sadar dan sewaktu-waktu akan menuntut untuk dipuaskan.

Pendekatan fenomenologi

Pendekatan fenomenologi ini lebih memperhatikan pada pengalaman subyektif individu karena itu tingkah laku sangat dipengaruhi oleh pandangan individu terhadap diri dan dunianya, konsep tentang dirinya, harga dirinya dan segala hal yang menyangkut kesadaran atau aktualisasi dirinya. Ini berarti melihat tingkah laku seseorang selalu dikaitkan dengan fenomena tentang dirinya.

Kajian psikologi

Psikologi adalah ilmu yang luas dan ambisius, dilengkapi oleh biologi dan ilmu saraf pada perbatasannya dengan ilmu alam dan dilengkapi oleh sosiologi dan anthropologi pada perbatasannya dengan ilmu sosial. Beberapa kajian ilmu psikologi diantaranya adalah:

1. Psikologi perkembangan

Adalah bidang studi psikologi yang mempelajari perkembangan manusia dan faktor-faktor yang membentuk prilaku seseorang sejak lahir sampai lanjut usia. Psikologi perkembangan berkaitan erat dengan psikologi sosial, karena sebagian besar perkembangan terjadi dalam konteks adanya interaksi sosial. Dan juga berkaitan erat dengan psikologi kepribadian, karena perkembangan individu dapat membentuk kepribadian khas dari individu tersebut

·         studi tentang proses-proses individual bersama, seperti bahasa, sikap sosial, perilaku meniru dan lain-lain

·         studi tentang interaksi kelompok, misalnya kepemimpinan, komunikasi hubungan kekuasaan, kerjasama dalam kelompok, dan persaingan.

3. Psikologi kepribadian

Adalah bidang studi psikologi yang mempelajari tingkah laku manusia dalam menyesuaikan diri dengan lingkungannya, psikologi kepribadian berkaitan erat dengan psikologi perkembangan dan psikologi sosial, karena kepribadian adalah hasil dari perkembangan individu sejak masih kecil dan bagaimana cara individu itu sendiri dalam berinteraksi sosial dengan lingkungannya.

4. Psikologi kognitif

Adalah bidang studi psikologi yang mempelajari kemampuan kognisi, seperti: Persepsi, proses belajar, kemampuan memori, atensi, kemampuan bahasa dan emosi.

Wilayah terapan psikologi

Wilayah terapan psikologi adalah wilayah-wilayah dimana kajian psikologi dapat diterapkan. walaupun demikian, belum terbiasanya orang-orang Indonesia dengan spesialisasi membuat wilayah terapan ini rancu, misalnya, seorang ahli psikologi pendidikan mungkin saja bekerja pada HRD sebuah perusahaan, atau sebaliknya.

Psikologi sekolah berusaha menciptakan situasi yang mendukung bagi anak didik dalam mengembangkan kemampuan akademik, sosialisasi, dan emosi. Yang bertujuan untuk membentuk mind set anak

3. Psikologi kerekayasaan

Penerapan psikologi yang berkaitan dengan interaksi antara manusia dan mesin untuk meminimalisasikan kesalahan manusia ketika berhubungan dengan mesin (human error)

4. Psikologi klinis

Adalah bidang studi psikologi dan juga penerapan psikologi dalam memahami, mencegah dan memulihkan keadaan psikologis individu ke ambang normal.

Kritik Psikologi

Berdasarkan pengertian di atas kita diharuskan mengetahui perbedaan budaya kita dengan budaya pada saat psikologi muncul sebagai ilmu pengetahuan. Apakah kajian ilmu tersebut sesuai dengan kebudayaan kita ataukah ada berbedaan di dalamnya. Misalkan, ketika kita adalah suku pedalaman yang masih menggunakan cara berburu dalam kehidupan sehari-hari maka berburu bisa menjadi tolak ukur kecerdasan kita sebagai masyarakat pedalaman, bukan dilihat dari bagaimana kecerdasan itu diukur dari bisa dan tidaknya kita menghitung matematika, menjawab soal-soal ujian, menjawab serangkaian tes kecerdasan dan lain-lain. Kesesuaian teori psikologi dengan kebudayaan kita itulah yang benar-benar harus kita pahami, sehingga teori-teori tersebut adalah teori yang benar-benar relevan dengan kebudayaan dan diri kita sebagai manusia.^[6]

Interface juga sangat meyakinkan (mungkin karena OS sdh HoneyComb). Saya cukup terkagum-kagum melihat interfacenya. Apalagi, sy sehari-hari lihat ipad terus yang penampilannya penuh dengan icon2 saja, he..he.

Di Asus Transformer, penampilan Home Screen bisa kita customize dengan sangat menarik. Apalagi karena layarnya yang lega (10"), widget2 bisa disusun dengan manis. (Tiba2 saya merasa Home Screen Ipad saya, rada boring, ha..ha).

Response snappy, ada mini hdmi dan memory slot (nyaman sekali utk nambah memory). Kamera belakang 5MP (bandingin dgn ipad 2 yg cuma 0.7 MP, he..he)

Apalagi menurut review, batterynya bisa tahan 9.5 jam plus kalo tambah keyboard docknya jadi 16 jam !

The hijackers intentionally crashed two planes, American Airlines Flight 11 and United Airlines Flight 175, into the Twin Towers of the World Trade Center in New York City; both towers collapsed within two hours. Hijackers crashed American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. The fourth jet, United Airlines Flight 93, crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after passengers attempted to take control before it could reach the hijacker's intended target in Washington, D.C. Nearly 3,000 died in the attacks.

Suspicion quickly fell on al-Qaeda, and in 2004, the group's leader Osama bin Laden, who had initially denied involvement, claimed responsibility for the attacks. Al-Qaeda and bin Laden cited U.S. support of Israel, the presence of U.S. troops in Saudi Arabia, and sanctions against Iraq as motives for the attacks. The United States responded to the attacks by launching the War on Terror, invading Afghanistan to depose the Taliban, which had harbored al-Qaeda members. Many countries strengthened their anti-terrorism legislation and expanded law enforcement powers. In May 2011, after years at large, bin Laden was found and killed.

The destruction caused serious damage to the economy of Lower Manhattan and had a significant impact on global markets. Cleanup of the World Trade Center site was completed in May 2002, and the Pentagon was repaired within a year. Numerous memorials were constructed, including the National September 11 Memorial & Museum in New York, the Pentagon Memorial, and the Flight 93 National Memorial. Adjacent to the National Memorial, the 1,776 feet (541 m) One World Trade Center is estimated for completion in 2013.
